Katrina Landon

Social Worker | Ontario and New Brunswick

Hello, I’m Katrina, a cisgender woman of mixed First Nations and white heritage and a Registered Social Worker in Ontario and New Brunswick. I have lived experience with mental health, trauma, and intergenerational issues.

I aim to work with and guide you through your healing journey to find the best path forward, centering YOU as the expert in your own experiences. I treat our time together as a collaborative process and recognize that every individual has different needs and goals.

I am currently accepting new clients for individual sessions. My primary areas of expertise are mental health, trauma, domestic violence, and intergenerational issues. As an Indigenous social worker, my practice focuses on decolonizing principles and empowering clients in their healing journey.

Having lived experience in many of my areas of focus has given me a deeper understanding of what meaningful recovery means. I am compassionate and non-judgemental, and aim to provide a safe space for the healing to take place. Incorporating laughter and humor into the healing process is important to me, as is building a personal connection between us.

I am registered as a mental health care provider with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB).

I work with ages 18+
